Brewed by us

The Beer

We brew in the mill, a few feet from where you drink it. Old world lagers, expressive ales, and small batches that are around for a couple of weeks and then aren't.

Our Beers

All of our beers are made in house, vegan, unpasteurized and unfiltered unless otherwise noted.

How we brew

Clean fermentations, real conditioning time, and no shortcuts on lager. We would rather pour a beer two weeks late than pour it green.

Beer to go

Crowlers and cans of current releases are usually available at the bar. Availability depends on the batch, so call ahead if you need a case for a party.

Not a beer person?

We take cocktails as seriously as the beer, and keep a short, well-chosen wine and non-alcoholic list.
