Howdy folks! David here. We figured it was time we started documenting the journey a bit, and now that our branding has been decided upon, the building is under our direction, and some exceptions approved, we are well on our way! Unfortunately, local brewery (Stickman) recently closed their doors, however, this allowed us a 9hp chiller and some other items to carry on their legacy proudly. Transmitter has also been extremely helpful in grabbing a walkabout pump and keg washer that we were in sore need of! Abe and I decided to undergo this project as a swansong to both the heyday of beer itself and the heydey of the ~2010 era, which also greatly appreciated these old world style locations and approach, reminiscent of Brussels, Cologne, and Pilsen. After finding the location with the x factor we deeply desired, it was finally time to move forward. We spent many months searching high and low, visiting old cathedrals, and buildings of unique caliber. And the Pennypack Mill hit our targets! We will have much more regular updates going forward, and any news will be presented to you as soon as we have it! We hope to have you sipping table beers inspired by Germanic, English, and Belgian flavor profiles before the end of the year! Much love! And hope life is treating you all well! -David
