It's a historic stone room in the mill, with beer brewed on site and food from the scratch kitchen. ## Beer ### Our Beers - Shrubberry (Session IPA, 4.9% ABV): A beautiful Mosaic/Citra pale ale packed with juicy tropical mango notes. Well balanced, easy drinker. - Homestead (Biere de Garde, 6.3% ABV): A burgundy French farmhouse ale with a soft and toasty malt profile. - Overshadow (Multigrain Porter, 8.1% ABV): Notes of dark coffee and deep chocolate paired with a lightly smoked profile. - Tettau (Bavarian Pilsner, 5.1% ABV): A soft, classic, clean pilsner showcasing traditional noble hops. Crisp, refreshing and light. - Harmony (Berliner Weisse, 4.5% ABV): A beautifully tart melding of raspberry and passionfruit in this German inspired brew. - Afternoon Tea (Nordic Farmhouse Ale, 4.2% ABV): Bright and drinkable farmhouse ale infused with white tea, bringing floral and stone fruit notes. - Evening Crossword (Dessert Beer, 18.4% ABV): Our dessert beer and an homage to our brewer's father, who did a crossword every night. Akin to a dessert wine, with notes of chocolate covered cherries, leather, tobacco and toffee — think port or madeira.
